Returns & Exchanges
At Nulla, we want you to have zero regrets about your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received.
Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee in both return or exchange circumstances.
To make a return or exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon possible. Nulla will then walk you through the steps to do so. Please note, Nulla does not provide pre-paid return/exchange labels.
Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility. Returns will only be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
If you’re making an exchange, we’re happy to cover the cost to ship back the corrected product.
If you have received the wrong product, please email email@example.com so this can be corrected immediately. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated for return and reshipment. If you have received the product damaged or faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with photo documentation of the damages so that we can fully address the issue in a timely manner.
